Strict No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
We do not provide refunds under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind
- Product dissatisfaction
- Damaged packaging caused during shipping
- Opened products
- Improper storage after delivery
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel
- Provide photo proof

We will arrange a replacement if verified.
Defective Products
If a product is proven defective (manufacturing defect), we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
