Position: Marketing Executive (Full-time)
Location: Taipan, Subang Jaya
Work arrangement: Preferably onsite but WFH is negotiable
Job description: This job is for an Executive in Marketing who also has a passion for health and wellness. You might like this job because you get to develop strategies for business growth and collaborate with the marketing team.
Salary: RM3500 – RM4500 (EPF, SOCSO included)


Key responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the marketing team on developing sales techniques (promotion)
   to achieve sales goals.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team on developing marketing plans such as
   short videos, livestreams, FB ads and posters to generate quality leads.
3. Managing various social media platforms to improve brand awareness.
4. Follow up and service existing customers’ databases to encourage repeat purchases and to obtain testimonials.
5. Opportunity to provide customers with nutritional advice and product recommendations based on their health conditions.
6. Any ad-hoc assignment from time to time

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate possesses at least a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Advertising or equivalent practical experience.
2. Proficiency in speaking and writing in Mandarin and English.
3. Have an outgoing personality such as aggressive and result-driven.
4. Open-minded, willing to explore new things and able to adapt quickly to constant
   changes in operational processes.
5. Passionate about health supplements and promoting nutrition, wellness and
   general health.
6. Comfortable working independently with little direction under tight deadlines.
7. Having worked in the health supplements industry before will be an added
   advantage.
