Strict No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

We do not provide refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind
  • Product dissatisfaction
  • Damaged packaging caused during shipping
  • Opened products
  • Improper storage after delivery

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong product:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel
  2. Provide photo proof
  3. Contact: chunkitchoo@alicor.com.my

We will arrange a replacement if verified.

Defective Products

If a product is proven defective (manufacturing defect), we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
